Between September 2022 and August 2023, the top 50 AI tools were visited over 24 billion times.

  • ChatGPT was the most visited, with 14 billion visits, which is more than 60% of all visits.

  • On average, these AI tools got 2 billion visits every month, with a jump to 3.3 billion in the last half-year.

  • ChatGPT, Character AI, and Google Bard saw big increases in visits, while Craiyon, MidJourney, and Quillbot had fewer visits.

  • The US contributed 5.5 billion visits, 22.62% of the total, and Europe added 3.9 billion.

Six months after its launch, Pika has introduced "Pika 1.0," a new set of video editing tools.

This includes an AI model that can edit videos in various styles like 3D animation, anime, and cinematic. Pika, competing with companies like Runway and Stability AI, aims to stand out with unique features in Pika 1.0.

An influencer agency in Spain created Aitana Lopez, a 25-year-old AI model with pink hair, to avoid the difficulties of working with real influencers.

Aitana, a fictional character, is portrayed as a fitness enthusiast and a gamer girl. Her digital charm has captivated over 142,000 Instagram followers, and she's a hit with advertisers, commanding up to $1,000 per ad.

Due to high demand, the agency is now making more AI models (this may be a new trend for brands now)

Google Search has been mistakenly showing AI-generated images that look real, including one of Hawaiian singer Israel Kamakawiwoʻole playing guitar instead of ukulele.

This issue, first spotted by Professor Ethan Mollick, raises concerns about verifying online information. Google plans to introduce a tool to help distinguish real images from AI-generated ones.
