Howdy, I hope this email brings you joy. So many things are happening around AI, I couldnā€™t even keep up. Itā€™s moving too fast or maybe I have to get up early instead of 11:30 am :)

So letā€™s beginā€¦

Google just launched Bard, its answer to ChatGPT and Bing

Under pressure from its rivals, Google has introduced Bard, a chatbot aimed to rival OpenAI's ChatGPT and Microsoft's Bing Chat.

This is their second attempt to be a ChatGPT killer after their last disappointing demo in February. The chatbot was shown making a factual error. Googleā€™s value fell by $100 billion overnight.

But this time Bard is doing kind of okay, I guess:

When Jane asked the infamous question to Bard, he politely accepted that Google has a monopoly and wanted the Justice Department to break this monopoly.

Bard is so nice that he even says that his main rival, ChatGPT, is better and more powerful than him. (I will be exploring Bard further and will update you all on this)

Adobeā€™s New AI may be the Canva Killer

Industries are disrupted almost daily by AI. I see lots of AI startups are also disrupted by this Adobe Firefly release.

Who needs Canva or stock photo sites when AI can create anything you want in less time and money?

Adobe trained this model using Adobe Stock and claims that This is the first AI image generator built toward solving creator problems.

I guess Adobe will integrate this with Photoshop & Premiere that creators know and love.

Some features of Firefly are:

- AI video editing

- AI 3D modeling

- Text-to-image

- Image Editing
